Essential DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following.Other duties may be assigned. Car wash claims : Will be responsible for assisting in reviewing and downloading video for third parties as it relates to claims / losses against the company.Will serve as the primary person interacting with customers / processing of car wash claims to document the file and gather needed information to allow the claim to be reviewed and considered.Will provide a recommendation based upon information, statements and other supporting documents / video.Documents statements from claimants, insureds, witnesses, medical providers, etc.Responsible for submitting claims data into internal claims software system.Ensures file has all the needed information and supporting documents, recordings, video etc.Once file is complete submits file and recommendation for adjusting as directed.If it is determined that the claim should be submitted to the carrier, representative will submit all relevant documents.Works with local auto body repair shops and other vendors to review estimates and recommend appropriate vehicle repairs. Also works with other third parties to assist with customer claims.Must be willing to use professional skills to coordinate general liability and automobile claims. Establishes and maintains files for each claim in accordance with established company procedures.Ensures claim files are properly documented and claim numbers and payment coding.Will use professional judgement and knowledge to coordinate minor subrogation claims.Other duties as assigned Liability Claims May be required to assist in reviewing and analyzing general liability / automobile collision claims.May have interaction and communication with employees and other parties as needed to determine liability.May assist in coordinating medical treatment for injured parties as needed.
