Spiral Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to join our team!

Location : Nellis, AFB Nevada

This position is contingent upon contract award

Requirements

Required Experience :

Managing operational evaluation schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements for organizational daily activities, evaluation planning, and execution;
Preparing and submitting products to leadership on risks, issues, and concerns;
Competent writing and oral communication skills; ensuring quality products and services are delivered;

Training and certification as a PMP or equivalent; and At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience.

Desired Experience :

Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project or other scheduler type of software);

Developed repeatable, efficient processes for execution on events; and

Preparing resource requests for multiple organizational sections.

Duties Include :

Assist in the development and submission of formal classified mission reports (DRRS, TMT, JTIMS, etc.);

Assist in the identification of mission risk pertaining to cost, schedule, and performance, including providing inputs to JCER future evaluation and expansion capabilities and options (Note : Shall require an OSD CAPE PPBE Waiver);

Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned JEMSO Evaluation projects; and

Ensure the dissemination of guidance based on the leadership strategy.
