The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and calibration of casino game equipment. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on-site
- Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance on casino gaming equipment
- Performs installations, de-installations, and relocations of casino game equipment
- Communicates effectively and efficiently with casino staff and customers
- Using technical manuals in the repair/maintenance of casino game equipment
- Assists in the resolution of player disputes.
- Practice and adhere to all safety and training
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- One or more years of related work experience
- Candidate must have strong mechanical reasoning skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to pass a NY state gaming background check
