This role will focus on : The OEM Medical Device and Diagnostics District Sales Manager (OEM DSM) serves our OEM customers and prospects in the MedicalDevice and Diagnostics Sectors by identifying their needs and applyingvalue-added products and solutions.
The OEM DSM is accountable for the entire sales process fromlead generation to close keeping in-step with WMFTS's consultative salesprocess and core values.
The OEM DSM will leverage their engineering / technicalbackground and experience to influence the customer throughout the salesprocess and liaise with the factory engineers to specify and quotecustom-engineered products
To be successful in this role, youwill need : -Five yearsExperience in Life Sciences in particular Biopharmaceutical or Medical Device
- A proventrack record of selling premium products using a consultative sales process.
- Excellentinterpersonal skills and high professionalism
- Exceptionaloral and written communication skills required to communicate with internal andexternal contacts.
- Bachelor'sdegree with three years of related experience.
- Engineering or BiologicalSciences Degree is preferred.
