The ideal candidate will possess a passion for serving others including the sales team, colleagues and customers / prospects. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Industrial sales team to serve our customers be responsible from receipt to resolution. This customer-facing role will be the primary point of contact for customer support and prospect requests, ensuring timely and effective responses. The Inside Sales Representative will apply processes for value creation through product selection, application validation, and our sales process to support customers. This role may also have some account responsibilities.

This role will focus on :
- Support inquiries from initial request through final order by ensuring technical, commercial, and delivery aspects are considered to achieve order and delivery process excellence.
- Proactively interact with the outside sales team to support existing and potential customers, representatives, and distributors.
- Serve as the quarterback for the customer ensuring every functional group responsible for the success of the business is aligned and on task.
- Coordinate resources to ensure prompt resolutions for customers and prospects.
- Deliver / follow-up quotes, provide light technical support. solve problems and help close orders.
- Interacting with the outside sales team and other functional groups to support business success.
- Field phone calls, emails and Webchat from customers and prospects.
- Occasional travel to build relationships, assist with training and promote new business.
- Manage assigned customer accounts in coordination with outside sales.
- Assist application engineers with quotes and customer service with orders.
- Interface with suppliers and the purchasing team on custom opportunities.
