This role will focus on: The Total Rewards Manager for the Americas region plays a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees across North America and Latin America. This multifaceted position involves overseeing a broad spectrum of responsibilities related to compensation and benefits. From staying updated on evolving laws and regulations to crafting and refining policies, the Total Rewards Manager collaborates with the Group Center of Excellence to align with our pay philosophy specifically for the Americas. They work closely with HR leaders from different countries in the region to understand and address regional compensation dynamics effectively. Additionally, the Total Rewards Manager collaborates with the Americas Leadership Team to develop and implement sales incentive plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving performance across the region. Meticulously reviewing payroll cycles, contributing to compensation and benefits strategies, and fostering seamless collaboration with HR Business Partners are key aspects of this role, aimed at enhancing the employee experience in the Americas region.
