What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fab Shop Laborer position at Spirax Sarco USA?
Responsible for general shop duties including: paint prep work, spray and/or hand painting, hydro pressure testing assembled products, movement of material throughout plant, making machine name plates, cutting material and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Essential Job Functions
- Paint finished product in a manner that supports the workflow of the group
- Examines finished painted product to verify conformance to company standards
- Meet target efficiency levels required by maintaining proper workflow cadence
- Operate Hydro pressure testing equipment
- Hydro Pressure test assembled products
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain paint booth equipment/area
- Operate name plate printer machine
- Operate a forklift
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow all safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out work instructions given
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Ability to pass forklift driving test
