The Project Manager will be responsible for program management of large-scale sales organization projects within the Energy Services Group (ESG). The Project Manager will also qualify, coordinate, and develop project charters and scopes that are realistic and achievable.

Spirax-Sarco is seeking a Project Manager to improve efficiency and safety in the Energy Services Group (ESG). The Project Manager will be responsible for program management of large-scale sales organization projects within the Energy Services Group (ESG). The Project Manager will also qualify, coordinate, and develop project charters and scopes that are realistic and achievable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large sales organization projects ensuring successful implementation and outstanding outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Services Project Operations Manager to review and align with site contractual requirements for large customer projects.
- Develop, coordinate, and adhere to achievable project scopes.
- Develop, monitor, and track project timeline to meet customer requirements, following up as needed to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Qualify, coordinate, and develop project budgets aligned with company and customer needs.
- Liaise with multiple departments to ensure project results are achieved on time and within budget.
- Develop and deliver compelling customer proposals.
- Perform project close-out reviews with customers and internal teams, promoting continuous improvement ideas for project processes.
- Travel to customer locations as assigned, up to 70%.
- Source, qualify, evaluate, and coordinate on-site contractor work involving all industrial trades.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; proven experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 3 years of engineering-related experience, preferably in the valve, flow, steam, piping, facility utilities management, or pressure vessel industries.
- Prior project management experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certified Associate Project Manager or Project Management Professional with Lean Six Sigma strongly preferred.
