Spire is a full-service communications firm supporting innovative programs in government, technology, healthcare, and science. Spire is looking to add a senior-level team member – a seasoned creative with experience leading design efforts across print and digital channels. This position will support the Secretary of the Air Force, Concepts Development and Management (SAF / CDM). The position will include working directly with the client on design projects across all of the organization’s internal and external communications channels.
Our team designs websites, collateral, and campaigns that inform, educate, inspire, and motivate real people to change their minds and take action. We wield the power of design to focus attention, create emotional connection, add meaning, simplify the complex, and invite engagement.
A TOP SECRET clearance will be required for the position. A U.S. citizenship is required.
What you’ll do
- Create compelling, impactful designs for print and digital channels, including presentations.
- Work collaboratively with the client and other Spire team members on projects.
- Exhibit exceptional, client-facing communication skills. Listen to client’s goals, feedback, and constraints to define and refine project scope and expectations, presenting and explaining design solutions.
- Spotlight refinements that take designs from good to great.
- Monitor and implement modern design trends and best practices.
