What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Spire Pest Control?
Spire Pest Control is a growing titan in the pest control industry and we need your help to support our growing customer base!
As an Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Help us to build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers
- Be the first point of contact for all virtual customer interactions via email, text, and occasional outbound calls
- Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing, schedule service(s) and provide closure for customers
- Accurately and descriptively document all customer interactions in database
- Responsible for efficient scheduling and route monitoring
- Communicate effectively with services technicians, managers, and customers
- Assist sales staff and technicians with creating new customer accounts and scheduling
- Completing administrative tasks as assigned (data entry, auditing, etc.)
The tools you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish desired, but not required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Have a high level of professionalism
- Work well independently
- Great attendance record
- Pay special attention to detail
- Basic math, Word and Excel knowledge
- Excel at problem solving
- Type a minimum of 35 WPM

Competitive hourly wage starting between $16.00-$20.00/hr. (based on experience)
