Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in prospecting and generating new leads.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to potential clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations that effectively showcase the benefits of our pest control solutions, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.
- Adhere to ethical and professional sales practices, ensuring transparency, honesty, and integrity in all customer interactions.
- Support in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to develop selling techniques and stay up to date on industry trends.
- Help with market research and competitive analysis.
- Track and report sales activities using CRM software.
Characteristics/Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required.
- Completion of college/university program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of steering discussions and fostering relationships with potential customers.
- Have remarkable confidence and composure throughout the sales process.
- Have a desire to obtain financial freedom.
