We're Hiring : Social Media Brand Specialist & Virtual Assistant
Location : Midlothian, VA (Hybrid)
Compensation : $25 / hr | ~20 hrs / week ($2,000 / month)
Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time Growth
Spire Pest Control is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Brand Specialist & Virtual Assistant to help build our online presence and enhance our brand. We are a high-energy company with a strong focus on door-to-door sales and recruiting , providing college students with an incredible opportunity to earn great money and grow professionally.
Who We’re Looking For :
- You’re already active on Instagram and understand the importance of a clean, professional, and engaging online presence.
- You have experience using Canva and have a great eye for design.
- You can create high-quality video content, reels, and graphics to boost engagement.
- Ideally, you are located near Midlothian, VA , or can come into the office 1-2 times per week to capture content.
- You’re excited about traveling with the team to document events and experiences—including company retreats, skydiving, go-karting, and more! (All expenses paid.)
Responsibilities :
Manage Social Media Pages
Content Creation & Brand Building
First Week Expectations :
Set up social media accounts and gain necessary logins.
Work with Casey (Head of Marketing) to research competitors and establish brand consistency.
Begin capturing content—photos, videos, and employee headshots.
Create initial flyers and promotional materials.
Requirements :
Proficiency in Canva for design and branding consistency.
Basic video editing & reel creation skills.
Strong photography & photo editing abilities.
Experience managing Instagram & LinkedIn pages .
