This role will provide amazing guest service while responding to internal and external telephone inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner. You will input wake up calls and messages into the system and retrieve messages as requested. You will actively coordinate communications within the hotel including emergency procedures, alarms, life safety, natural disaster, and shuttle van services, acting as a liaison to all appropriate local emergency services.

- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
- One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role.
- Full understanding and comfortable working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Previous experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus.
