Job Details
Job Description: Working Hours 9 AM - 5:30 PM with 1/2 hour lunch. (40hr/week and weekends (Sat Sun) are only need base if project is urgent)
Onsite: Totowa Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test chemicals and finished products.
Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards.
Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary.
Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed.
May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations.
Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.
Handling chemicals, able to mix different volumes and test on customer unit to meet specification requirements.
Formulation of data base for customer units and test with the chemicals on the units. Project Summary
- Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
o Qualification of the System with assigned package as per customer requirements.
o Mixing chemicals for operations needs, customer units and customer orders.
o Taking ownership of the assigned work to complete on time.
- Additional Responsibilities
o Understand all the systems processes and apply the relevant metrology concept and techniques.
o Independently troubleshoot the systems to complete the project in timely manner.
o Taking ownership of the systems and complete within the due date.
o Review data per specifications, correct systems database for mismatches.
o Mixing chemicals using different volumes and multiple types of chemistry accurately and per procedure.
o Performing all actions of job duties safely and maintain good housekeeping.
- Requirements (required skills, experience, qualifications)
o Masters with 2 years experience, Bachelors with 2 year experience
o Education in chemistry/chemical engineer.
o Understand and hands on experience in analytical chemistry and instruments such as Spectroscopic, Titration, HPLC, ICP.
o Experience in handling chemicals, mixing chemicals different volumes, understand SDS.
o Be able to hands on troubleshooting the systems when needed.
- Nice to Have (preferred skills, experience, qualifications)
o Chemistry meteorology experience.
o Understanding engineering schematics.
