Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance duties such as : minor repairs, minor electrical projects / repairs / lighting replacements, site appliances, plumbing projects / repairs, general painting / spot painting, moving / reconfiguration of furniture, interior / exterior clean-up, responding to a variety of employee work order notifications.
- Coordinate facility infrastructure maintenance (HVAC, lighting, sensors, sprinklers, mains, extinguishers, plumbing, drainage system, parking lot, microwaves, refrigerators, etc.).
- Work closely with vendors / contractors for facility services such as consumable deliveries, equipment repairs - including monitoring and supervising the night-time cleaning service.
- Be on-call 24 / 7 for facility related emergencies.
- Initiate room set up for meetings or other special events.
- Maintain accurate inventory of building keys as well as card keys.
- Be accountable and responsible for overall facility operations, reporting to a remote Facilities Supervisor.
- Prepare bi-weekly progress reports on all aspects of operations and document all PM and employee work orders via work order tracking system.
- Manage Facility security systems used universally across other North American facilities.
- Manage and oversee Facility “Service Now” work order request system.
Job Requirements
Pay Transparency : Annualized Salary Wage Range : $63,000 - $70,000
Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements.
