Job Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Support Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs, provide technical consultation, and position Spirent's solutions effectively.
- Solution Design & Architecture Develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements, demonstrating how Spirent's test and assurance products address technical and business challenges.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with key stakeholders including engineers, architects, and senior decision-makers to establish long-term relationships.
- Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs) Conduct live product demonstrations, execute PoCs, and guide customers through solution validation to showcase Spirent's capabilities.
- Technical Presentations & Workshops Deliver compelling technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to customers and partners.
- Bid & Proposal Support Assist in the preparation of RFP / RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation to support the sales process.
- Competitive Analysis & Market Insights Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position Spirent's solutions.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
- Technical Evangelism Represent Spirent at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Sales Enablement & Training Support internal sales teams and channel partners by providing technical training and enablement resources.
