Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a pre-sale technical consultant, providing direct support to key customers and collaborating closely with the sales team.
- Act as a trusted advisor for NEM and Enterprise accounts, offering strategic technical guidance.
- Customize Spirent product presentations and deliver technical demonstrations to support sales objectives.
- Manage the technical evaluation process, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and milestone achievements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to anticipate and qualify customer needs.
- Gather and communicate customer requirements and feature requests to the Product Management team.
- Provide post-sales support, including ongoing training as needed.
- Work closely with Spirent Support and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Job Requirements
Pay Transparency : Annualized Salary Wage Range : $121,970 - $160,000
Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements.
