Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
- Customer Interaction: Act as the primary liaison between the company and OEM production customers, addressing product-related inquiries, tracing lost shipments, and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department.
- Order Management: Handle customer orders via phone and web-based platforms, collaborate with management on customer credits, process returns, and identify quality assurance issues.
- Stock Allocation: Exercise authority to approve stock allocations within negotiated contract terms or organizational guidelines.
- System Access: Manage customer sales orders and supplier interactions by utilizing production and inventory management systems.
- Internal Coordination: Facilitate internal communication and coordination with contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, and warehousing departments.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in customer service or client interface roles
Preferred Skills:
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with SAP
- Willingness to work overtime and be available for on-call duties
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions and with diverse customer bases
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
