Responsibilities :
Teach and lead gymnastics team practice for students of various ages and skill levels
Implement lesson plans that focus on skill development, technique, and safety
Provide guidance and support to students during training sessions
Demonstrate proper form and technique for gymnastics skills
Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate class schedules and events
Skills :
Knowledge of various gymnastics disciplines, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE teaching team.
Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate gymnastics techniques to students
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members
Strong organizational skills to plan and prepare lesson plans
Ability to manage student behavior and maintain discipline in the gymnasium
Knowledge of child development principles and techniques for effective childcare
Perform other duties as needed
Job Type : Part-time - Full-time
Salary : $18.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience
Expected hours : 8 – 34hrs per week
