Sales Associate / Team Member
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Spirit Halloween. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting store products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge all guests through a greeting, smile or eye contact regardless of the task at hand;
- Demonstrate knowledge of store products and use this knowledge to build sales;
- Practice suggestive selling;
- Assist in merchandising the store following the Supervisor's instructions;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
