Housekeeping Attendant

Spirit Mountain is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our facilities and provide a welcoming environment for guests. This role is vital to ensuring our visitors have an exceptional experience while enjoying all that Spirit Mountain has to offer. Responsibilities:

• Perform all general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring they are spotless and fully supplied.
• Remove garbage and recycling, maintaining clean and clutter-free spaces.
• Wash windows and wipe walls to keep areas bright and inviting.
• Monitor for maintenance and repair needs, reporting any issues promptly.
• Display outstanding customer service skills, promoting a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and their experiences are positive.
• Use critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Uphold Spirit Mountain’s Core Values through personal conduct and teamwork.
• Ensure timely and consistent attendance, especially on weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Perform other housekeeping-related tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• A dependable team player who can adapt to changing needs and schedules.
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide an upbeat, friendly experience for guests.
• Ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks based on policies and good judgment.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to use, be around, and handle chemicals.
• Must be able to stand/walk, bend, twist and turn for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
