SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring an Occasional Building and Ground Technician at The Village at Gettysburg in Gettysburg, PA.
Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent normally required;
- Must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 days
- Valid drivers license
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year's experience in related positions normally required.
General Responsibilities:
- Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Repairs walls, ceilings, floors, etc. as directed.
- Performs regular preventative maintenance.
- Handles shipping and receiving of various materials.
- Mows and trims lawn areas, trims shrubbery, weeds, and adds mulch to flower beds.
