SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Hospice RN in York/Adams County, PA.

Required:
- Graduate of a school of nursing with current license(s) to practice as a professional nurse in the state(s) served by SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice
- Current CPR certification within three (3) months of employment
- A passion for serving older adults
Experience: One (1) year of recent clinical experience in licensed or certified discipline normally required.
General Responsibilities:
- Assesses and evaluates the client’s need for Skilled nursing services.
- Travels to client’s location in various weather conditions.
- Gains access to the client by available means which may include but is not limited to steps; uneven surfaces; wet, snow covered or icy surfaces; narrow entrances; etc.
- Assesses visual, olfactory, tactile and auditory signs and skilled nursing needs of the client.
- Identifies and prioritizes nursing diagnosis and determines realistic goals in cooperation with client/ family and/or attending physician.
