SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring an Occasional (fill in as needed) Receptionist at The Village at Sprenkle Drive in York, PA.
This position will be mostly weekends 1-2x per month 10a-6p, and an occasional Wednesday evening.
Skill(s): Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; proficient keyboarding, word processing, and PC skills. Refer to separate analysis for physical requirements of the essential functions with or without accommodation.
Experience: None required.
General Responsibilities:
Greets visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner; directs them to the proper person or area.
Answers telephone calls; directs caller to proper individual.
Answers general questions and provides general information; directs more specific questions to appropriate individual.
Types letters, reports, memos, and other correspondence as requested;
Opens and sorts incoming mail; assures delivery to proper individuals or departments; processes outgoing mail.
