Royal Congregate living Facility is a 6 Bed skilled nursing facility in the Antelope Valley (Lancaster) California. Responsibilities:
- Must have high level of customer service skills.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.’s in accordance with Facility policies, and current rules, regulations, and procedures that govern the Facility.
- Ensures compliance with state, and local regulations
- Maintain a high degree of composure and tact with members, guests and internal departments.
- Adhere to policies/procedures relative to OSHA, DHS and other governing agency regulations and standards.
- Manage and maintains inventory supplies.
- Anticipate and report changes to patient condition in a timely manner to the DON and Medical Director
- Provide patient care within scope of practice to up to 6 patients during shift
- Interphase with suppliers, regulatory bodies, insurance companies, hospitals as directed by administrator
- Document in a timely, effective, and efficient manner; following guidelines provided by the facility, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders
- Ensure infection control measures are followed during shift.
- Report any safety, abuse, or opportunities for improvement concerns to facility administration in a timely manner
- Complete required training and submit requested documentation in a timely Manner
