Spiro is hiring a Graphics Coordinator to join our Operations team. The Graphics Coordinator works in partnership with the organization, delivering best-in-class service. The Graphics Coordinator is responsible for providing preparatory technical Graphic Production services for Tradeshow and Exhibits specific to creation and execution of large format event graphic requirements. The position involves handling, rebuilding, and formatting multiple computer file types and digital media for varying final output destinations. Requires a unique blending of graphic design, digital imaging, prepress production, color correction, organization, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Distribution of reports requiring requestor to validate, update, provide action required to close PO’s promptly including the following reports from Finance to include PO Aging Un-invoiced Report; Holds Report; Invoice Prior to PO Report
- Training requestors in Oracle, GBMS to reports and working with National Purchasing, Accounts Payable
- Work directly with Purchasing office to ensure all POs are recorded and reported with accuracy.
- Supporting any special projects
- Demonstrate understanding and support of Spiro Graphics Production objectives and strategies.
- Responsible for providing data entry.
- Track, manage, and monitor work orders from conception to completion.
- Provide event reporting and billing data and other reports to the organization.
- File Management / Upload and Download artwork / Preview artwork.
- Audit Data Entries.
- Copy and distribute production information.
- Vendor invoicing/purchasing.

- Ability to multi-task and work well in a high-level, high-profile environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- 3 years’ experience in office publishing applications: Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Word
- College degree in related field preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large projects with direct client access from inception to project closeout (In addition to Core Competencies: Leadership, Communication, And Innovation)
- Two (2) years’ experience in Graphics production, including one (1) year computer design experience or equivalent combination thereof as shown in a portfolio.
- Experience (two years) using Adobe software products.
- High School diploma; prefer two (2) years college.
- Computer knowledge and experience in PC and Macintosh platforms including Microsoft Office products.
- Applicants will be subject to a written and application examination regarding computer competency.
