While individual training plans may vary, during your first year with SPIROL, you will:
Complete an assignment with Application Engineering
Learn our products and develop technical proposals to meet the needs of our customers.
Complete process and measurement training in our Quality Department
Complete multiple week-long hands-on methods of manufacturing rotations
Learn how to manufacture, inspect and process SPIROL product
Complete projects for additional departments based on your interest prior to completing your LRP training
Visit at least one of our other global SPIROL facilities
