Job Overview :
The Production Associate is an entry level, administrative role, primarily responsible for assisting with procurement, shipping / receiving, tracking, and organizing manufacturing workflows both internally and with external suppliers within our FDA / ISO regulated company. The role is expected to develop technical expertise in aspects of resource and ERP management for Additive Manufacturing. The individual must possess the discipline to maintain the high level of traceability and accuracy required for medical devices.

Essential Functions :

Assist as a point of contact for and liaison with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and sales teams to establish schedules and plans allocating resources to best serve customer needs.
Interface with vendors to maintain timelines, coordinate production jobs, and continuously ensure the highest customer satisfaction with on-time deliveries.
Prepare materials needed for production orders (travelers, prints, purchase orders, packing lists, shipping labels, etc.). Review production documentation and data entries for errors and make necessary corrections.
Maintain training competencies of job functions and best practices.
Effectively communicate production and ERP related information to supervisors, colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
Comply with ISO 13485 Quality Management System, FDA regulators, and other medical device industry requirements as needed.
