Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support cooks and chefs by preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, and handling food items safely.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in menu planning discussions by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak service times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
