Spitz is currently seeking an Attorney to work the litigation process for employment claims in Lexington, Kentucky.
This position involves handling the EEOC process, meeting with clients, drafting pleadings, and negotiating cases. The key qualifications for this position will be the ability to engage clients; speak well, demonstrate empathy, and work hard. We will consider all currently licensed attorneys irrespective of GPA or experience. While employment law experience will be seen as a positive, it is not a requirement.
