ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Possess an operating knowledge of measuring systems
- Diagnose and repair full-frame vehicles and uni-body structural damage
- Repair and replace body panels
- Ability to restore vehicle to pre-accident condition
- Work as a team to assure CSI scores remain at or above industry standards
- Document services performed
- Perform services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines
- Follow dealership and manufacturer repair guidelines
- Follow safeguards rules and regulations
- Attend daily production meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-4 years automotive collision repair
- Aluminum repair experience preferred
- I-CAR and/or ASE certified preferred
- Valid driver license with clean driving record
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
