ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists customers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings
- Performs a detailed delivery to the customer including a through explanation of the proper operation of the vehicle features and all the documentation and resources available to them
- Performs deliveries with customers to address and solve lingering functionality questions subsequent to the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction
- Delivers an exceptional experience in all customer interactions
- Re-delivers vehicles with customers and reviews all features and benefits, such as Bluetooth phone pairing, navigations, cruise control, satellite radio, tire pressure monitoring system and multi-function displays
- Answers any questions or concerns customers have about their vehicle
- Performs other related duties as assigned
