Responsibilities
Client Management : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and meeting their insurance needs.
Account Handling : Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely renewals and accurate documentation of policies.
Consultation : Meet with clients to assess their requirements and provide customized insurance solutions that align with their expectations.
Cross-Selling : Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services that enhance client portfolios.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues and the sales team to achieve overall business goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Follow-Up : Conduct renewal follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or changes in their circumstances.
Requirement
Licensing : Possession of North Carolina Property & Casualty License is essential.
Experience : Proven record with account management experience.
