What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salon Dog Bather / Pet Bather position at Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique?
You MUST love dogs, be able to stay on task, and not mind working hard or getting dirty.
Experienced Preferred but not required. A good worth ethic is required and rewarded.

Looking for a reliable, hard working, physically fit dog bather who has a great attitude and a way with dogs.
A Salon Dog Bather plays a very important role in salon operations. They are responsible for the high-quality bathing and drying as well as the safety and comfort of pets in the salon.
Operations and Daily Duties:
Pet Bathers will be able to identify dog breeds and use correct techniques, products, equipment, and safety procedures. Then the bather will apply them to bathing, blow drying and finishing pets to Splash and Dash standards.
A Pet Bather will be able to safely and correctly perform these additional services: Teeth brushing, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, nail trimming, nail filing, deshedding services.
Pet Bathers will be required to properly complete daily, weekly and monthly equipment and shop cleaning duties. Pet Bathers may be required to accept additional duties as needed.
Needs to be able to be able to lift and/or control full size dogs between 1-50 pounds and up.
