Job Role Requirements:
- Ability to lead, manage and communicate with a team.
- Friendly, outgoing individual dedicated to customer service.
- Ability to use the POS computer system.
- Professionally interact with customers and answer phone calls.
- Must meet state age requirements to work.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs unassisted.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards of quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
Operations and Daily Duties: They must have or be willing to gain an intimate understanding of all operations regarding bathing, grooming and front desk departments. The Store Manager is responsible for handling customer complaints and concerns. The Store Manager may be responsible for scheduling employees, bank deposits, ordering grooming and retail supplies, and any other task assigned to them. The Store Manager will ensure payroll stays within the parameters that the owners established.
Shift: - 8 hour shift Tuesday - Saturday
