Description
The goal of the Customer Concierge is to provide a pleasant, upbeat, and excellent customer experience to all Splash guests. In addition, the person in this position is expected to execute the Splash core values that will cultivate an environment of establishing lifelong customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide a genuine customer experience
- Smile, greet customer, answer any questions, and process transaction (if any inside the lobby)
- Assist with daily operations
- Adherence & compliance with all established policies and procedures
- Ensure a clean and orderly premier lobby for customers to relax in

1) Must have customer service experience and enjoy talking to people
2) Must be able to multitask and have organizational skills
3) Work in a fast-paced, high energy team environment
4) Have valid driver's license, and be willing to work outside and on weekends
5) Have reliable transportation
6) Customer-facing cashier experience is a plus!
Salary : $14 - $19
