What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Technician position at Splash Car Wash?
Splash Management is looking for a Field Technician to join our growing IT Department. All applicants must have a background in troubleshooting, administrative support, and system configuration. The applicant must also be willing to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures. We operate with POS systems, security cameras, kiosks, remote tablets, and other retail technology.
Description: The purpose of the IT Field Technician is to assist in the operational tasks of the IT Department. The primary focus will be on safety, maintenance and repair of IT related equipment at each site and corporate office. Ability to understand the vision from the IT Director and implement.

· Pay rate: $40/hr
Duties:
1. Maintenance of IT related equipment
a. All Splash Cams
b. PCI compliance scan reports
c. Security reports and status
d. Network and PCs repairs at all sites
e. Fix all cables, BBU checks, checks for added devices
f. Maintain car wash related control equipment (i.e. tunnel controllers)
g. Sling TV (or similar Internet TV service) installs and support at all sites
2. Support of IT related applications
a. Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support general users
b. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and it’s formulas to support accounting department’s basic users
3. Review and analyze Unlimited reports, retain/grow customers by 10%
4. Safety training and obeying all safety procedures
5. Communication with District Manager and Executive Staff
6. Representing Splash in the most professional way possible
7. Teach proper maintenance techniques with site Managers
8. Communicate with District Managers and Mechanics on any major repair issues or necessities on a regular basis
9. Position is not limited to these duties, but they are the primary duties of the job.
