The Marketing Strategist, a hybrid position, oversees Splash Clinicals client’s clinical trial campaign strategy which includes planning, scheduling, and ensuring metrics are met. The Marketing Strategist will work on recruitment campaigns from study startup through full completion in developing and communicating the recruitment strategy to the team of Project Managers. This position will work closely with the product manager to understand the growing needs of our clients as well as train on new products and services to our to internal and external teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the President, Product Manager, Project Managers, and Clients for project needs
- Develop strategy for recruitment campaigns and communicate effectively to the Project Managers and to the clients during calls
- Analyze, track and measure marketing outcomes including responses and spend
- Provide training on new products and services to internal and external teams
- Conduct in-depth research to identify marketing opportunities to support campaigns
- Develop and create proposals for new clients and campaigns
- Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies and marketing plans for future campaigns
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or analytics role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thoroughly investigate roadblocks and suggest new ideas and processes that improve quality, efficiency and overall client satisfaction
- An enjoyment of a fast-paced workplace that involves managing and working on multiple client programs and projects
- A great team attitude and the ability to collaborate with the project managers, programmers, data analysts, and compliance manager
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
