We’re looking for Team Members with experience in sales and customer service who can bring a positive attitude and a passion for excellence. At Splash In, you’ll dive into the exciting world of car wash operations, working alongside a fantastic team to make a difference for our guests every day while enjoying the outdoors!
How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Team Member, you'll cross-train in multiple roles, including Greeter, Loader, Tire-shiner, and Cashier. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Be the welcoming face of Splash In, assist customers with their questions, and promote membership sales.
- Upselling Memberships: Engage customers and upsell our car wash memberships to enhance their experience.
- Operational Up-time: Perform maintenance tasks, repair equipment, and ensure smooth operations.
- Reconciliation: Manage POS systems, handle cash, and oversee inventory.
- Appearance and Cleanliness: Keep our lot, car wash, and equipment spotless.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Comfortable working outdoors, assisting customers, and upselling products and memberships
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
