Splash Kingdom is a fun, family-focused company that owns and operates four seasonal waterparks across Texas. We are searching for an energetic, organized, and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Hudson Oaks location. This role has a strong focus on aquatics, so if you have a background in lifeguarding, water safety, or pool management—this is your chance to take the next step in your career!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee the entire park operation – aquatics, guest services, food & beverage, security, sales, landscaping, and more!
✅ Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic team – 3-4 full-time staff and 100-125 seasonal employees.
✅ Create a fun and safe environment – ensure all guests and employees are protected through Ellis & Associates' Comprehensive Risk Management Program.
✅ Drive success and performance – meet revenue goals, manage budgets, and keep everything running smoothly.
✅ Be the face of the park – interact with guests, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
✅ Stay hands-on – whether it is leading training sessions, ensuring compliance, or jumping in to help during peak times, you are an active leader!
What We Are Looking For:
5 years of management experience in aquatics, waterparks, theme parks, or hospitality.
Strong leadership skills – ability to motivate and inspire a large seasonal team.
Aquatics expertise – knowledge of lifeguard training (Ellis & Associates preferred), pool operations (AFO/CPO), and water safety.
Problem-solving mindset – ability to think on your feet and make quick, effective decisions.
Excellent communication skills – comfortable engaging with guests, handling concerns, and working with staff at all levels.
Tech-savvy – proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale software.
Commitment to safety and compliance – ability to obtain Ellis & Associates Instructor Certification and AFO/CPO license.
