As our Guest Services Manager, you will be at the heart of our park operations, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience from the moment they arrive!
What You Will Do
As the Guest Services Manager, you will:
✅ Be the face of fun! Oversee daily waterpark operations, acting as the Manager on Duty when assigned.
✅ Lead with energy! Manage our ticket window and retail shop, handling guest concerns, sales, and scheduling.
✅ Keep things running smoothly! Oversee bank deposits, cash control, and inventory to ensure budget compliance.
✅ Make connections! Attend sales events, promote season passes, and build relationships with local businesses for group sales and sponsorships.
✅ Tackle challenges with a ‘can-do’ attitude! Assist with various responsibilities to keep the park running efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
Guest service & leadership experience (3-5 years preferred)
Strong cash-handling & business operations skills
Sales & marketing experience (a plus!)
A positive, outgoing, and organized personality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting
What You Need
✔️ Must be at least 18 years old
✔️ Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during waterpark season
✔️ Willingness to research, cold call, and follow up on group sales and corporate partnerships
✔️ Ability to pass a background check
