Duties:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude Guide customers through the car wash process and explain services
Recommend products and services to enhance their experience
Handle transactions and process payments efficiently
Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment
Work as part of a team to provide top-notch customer service
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal interactions
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
- Ability to work in a fast pacel environment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
