Responsibilities:
- Main role will be in post production. Editing on site, supporting our team in producing social media content and other long form content.
- Play a vital role with a team of producers in all three stages of video production: pre-production (scripting, story boarding, planning, facilitating locations and actors, client communication, etc.), production (on set operations), and post-production (footage logging, organizing, editing, etc.).
- Operate various video cameras including cinema, full-frame, and DSLR cameras.
- Manage grip and gaffer gear, ensuring smooth on set operations.
- Create compelling narratives through strategic editing and post-production techniques.
- Collaborate with members of the team internally along with clients to understand their vision, ensuring their objectives are met in the final product.
- Contribute to the planning and strategizing of video projects, providing creative and innovative ideas.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for all video assets.
- Continually learn and adapt to new industries, technologies, and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
- Help manage and maintain technology around the office.
- Ability to adapt to many situations as a true team player.
Requirements:
- Provide a link to examples of work and a demo reel.
- An optimistic and positive attitude is an absolute must.
- 4 years of professional experience in video production.
- Proficiency in all stages of video production.
- Experience operating a variety of video cameras and managing grip and gaffer gear.
- Exceptional editing skills and proficiency in video editing software.
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio and demo reel demonstrating your skills and experience in video production.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Desire to grow into leadership roles within the team and the wider organization.
Preferred but Not Required:
- FAA Part 107 certification.
- Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Skills in 3D modeling and animation.
- Proficiency in photography.
