We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our pool building team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Forklift experience preferred.
