Duties

- Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and existing customers.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with territory management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience in cold calling is a plus, demonstrating persistence and resilience in pursuing leads.
- A background in direct sales or upselling techniques will be advantageous.
