Join our growing team at Splash RV Resort. Splash is looking to hire a Kitchen Team Members for our food trucks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, or similar hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work within a team
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques
- Experience in interviewing and training new team members is beneficial
- Background in hospitality management or food service management is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

This position includes a tip-share- tip payouts vary based on sales, but typically add $3-$7/ per hour worked.
