Job Title: Landscaper

Job Summary: Splash RV Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Landscaper to maintain the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, and plant care, ensuring that our resort remains a welcoming and well-maintained environment for guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscaping maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
- Maintain and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning.
- Install new plants, sod, and mulch as needed.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
- Assist with pest control and removal of invasive plant species.
- Ensure pathways, roads, and common areas remain clean and free of debris.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow clearing (if applicable), and storm clean-up.
- Work with the maintenance team to support resort-wide projects and upkeep.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and machinery.
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and lawn maintenance.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high resort standards.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Subject to a background check.
