Job Overview:
As a Customer Service and Event Sales Representative, you will be the face of Splash at various sales events and in-store interactions. You’ll engage with customers, answer questions, provide product details, and assist with purchases. You will also support our sales efforts by helping to drive event participation and achieve sales goals, while ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-store and at sales events.
- Answer customer questions, provide product information, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Actively participate in event sales by promoting products, encouraging purchases, and helping customers find what they need.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues quickly to ensure satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, whether in person, at events, or through other communication channels.
- Assist in managing event setups and logistics, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve event sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space at all times during events and in-store.
- Ensure all customer concerns and feedback are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required, though customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments such as sales events.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet sales and customer service goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
