Role Overview: As an Event Staff / Sales Team Representative, you will be instrumental in promoting our brand, engaging with event attendees, and driving sales. You’ll work closely with our event and sales teams to create impactful experiences, build brand awareness, and help meet sales goals. Your role will directly contribute to the success of our events and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and promote the company’s brand at live events.
- Interact with potential clients and customers to showcase our products and services.
- Identify and create sales opportunities, contributing to team sales targets.
- Assist in the execution of event strategies and branding initiatives.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive event experience.
- Track sales progress, collect customer feedback, and report event results.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless event operations.
