- Manage / supervise Project Managers, Superintendents, Foreman, and other shipyard and contract labor.
- Keep in touch with customers regarding estimating, scheduling, and change orders.
- Implement shipyard safety and environmental programs.
- Ability to operate independently (owners are not on location).
